Even though Rooney Law Firm advertises as a pro bono legal aid in Shasta, California, my experience was far from satisfactory. Their lack of professionalism and communication was evident throughout the entire process. The lawyers seemed unprepared and disinterested in my case. It is disappointing that a firm claiming to provide free legal aid would treat their clients with such negligence. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they never responded adequately, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. Their lack of knowledge in the specific area of law I required assistance in was evident, resulting in a futile and time-wasting experience. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for legal aid in Shasta.
